RMCo is a disciplined oversight and accountable estate and house manager. Based in Melbourne, servicing Toorak to Brighton, and surrounding areas to the Peninsula.

RMCo is engaged to lead household teams, manage contractors, oversee maintenance and building systems, and ensure presentation standards are established and consistently achieved. Operating remotely with structured on-site presence as required, RMCo assumes full accountability for the operations and integrity of the residence and grounds. 

Managing the team and contractors remotely, and onsite as required, RMCo assumes the full responsibility of caring for your residence and estate…whether you are home or away.

RMCo does not operate as a daily in person presence model. Oversight is strategic, structured, deliberately accountable and aligned to the owner’s preferred level of involvement …. informed as much or as little as required.

We either lead your existing household team or provide and manage a dedicated RMCo estate team.

Engagements are delivered under formal, fixed-term agreements.
