Operating primarily through disciplined remote oversight, supported by scheduled on-site presence, RMCo ensures each residence is professionally managed and presented to extraordinary standards.
Oversight is aligned to the owner’s preferred level of involvement — informed as much or as little as required.

How RMCo Operates

Engagements are confidential, fixed-term and formally structured.
Engagement Structure
Primary estate management appointments are contracted on 12-month terms to ensure stability, continuity and consistent oversight.
However, defined-term engagements from one month are available and quoted according to intensity and complexity rather than simple pro-rata division.
Scope defined under formal agreement.

Staff Model
RMCo operates under two formal staffing structures.
1. Client Team Oversight
RMCo directs and manages the client’s existing household team. Employment obligations remain with the client.
2. RMCo-Supplied Team
RMCo provides and manages dedicated personnel under formal engagement.
Staffing is charged at prevailing market rates, inclusive of statutory leave entitlements. Public holiday engagements are charged separately at applicable rates.
Personnel supplied by RMCo are engaged at prevailing market rates, with a 35% employment stewardship fee reflecting full recruitment, supervision and employment accountability.
