Each engagement provides operational discipline, personalised residential refinement and long-term asset protection, ensuring every residence performs at the highest standard.

3. Complete Estate Management
Primary estate management engagements are contracted on 12-month terms to ensure stability, continuity and consistent oversight.
However, defined-term engagements from one month are available and quoted according to intensity and complexity rather than simple pro-rata division.
All fees exclusive of GST.

Estate & Operational Review
RMCo offers a coordinated once off engagement providing a comprehensive assessment and operational realignment for estates.
RMCo invites owners who feel their residence could be better managed and presented.

Commercial parameters are established to provide clarity, consistency and smooth operation of the residence. Each engagement is defined by scope, scale and level of involvement, with transparent terms supporting effective management and decision making.

If arranged by RMCO, all purchases, routine consumables, trades and third-party services are engaged separately and billed transparently, at cost plus 10% (pending complexities)
