RMCo offers owners the opportunity to bring their homes and estates back to a more controllable and well cared for standard.

We define the scope with you, prioritise what matters, and project manage a structured reset… restoring the residence to the standard you want.

This may involve internal and external presentation, maintenance, staff structure, systems and contractor coordination… managed end-to-end and delivered properly.

Scope includes:

• House and grounds reset coordination
• Prioritisation and sequencing of all works
• Contractor sourcing, briefing and management
• Staff direction, structure and alignment (where applicable)
• Establishing standards, systems and operating rhythms
• Oversight of presentation, maintenance and completion

• All works coordinated and delivered with or without the owners involvement

Engagement:

Structured as a fixed, once-off project engagement… typically delivered over a 30–90 day period, depending on scope and condition.

Once reset, there is no obligation to continue with RMCo… some owners simply retain RMCo as a trusted point of contact to step ion as required, to control, engaged, coordinate, manage contractors and respond when required.
