RMCo does not operate as a daily in person presence model. Oversight is strategic, structured and deliberately accountable. Operating primarily through daily disciplined communication and remote oversight, supported by on-site presence as required, RMCo ensures each residence is professionally managed and presented to extraordinary standards.

RMCo operates under two formal staffing structures.

RMCo directs and manages the client’s existing household team. Employment obligations remain with the client.

RMCo provides and manages dedicated personnel under formal engagement.
Personnel are charged at prevailing market rates, inclusive of statutory leave entitlements. Public holiday engagements are charged separately at applicable rates. RMCo personnel are engaged with a % employment stewardship fee reflecting full recruitment and employment accountability.
