Limited / Moderate / Full describe the amount, frequency and complexity of RMCo management provided at each engagement level. They do not mean the service is unavailable at a lower engagement level.

Staff are usually employed directly by the homeowner. Where agreed and more practical, RMCo can employ and retain staff, with all wages, employment costs and associated fees funded by the client in advance. Household staff can include housekeepers, cleaners, chefs, gardeners and other staff engaged to work within the home.

Casual or ad hoc staff can also be sourced by RMCo as required, through agencies, service providers and other appropriate channels, with all associated costs paid by the homeowner.

Household invoices & payments — RMCo can coordinate payment of approved household invoices where agreed, with funds provided in advance.
