A Reset is a coordinated program of trade and service works across the residence and grounds… addressing gardens and landscaping, general maintenance, repairs, presentation, organisation, services and anything else required to re-establish the home to your standard.

RMCo defines the scope with you, coordinates the right people and manages everything required… inside and out… end to end.

A House Reset can include:

• Maintenance, repairs and priority trade works

• Gardens, landscaping and external presentation

• Deep cleaning and detailed housekeeping

• Organisation, decluttering and storage

• Repairs, restoration and presentation of furniture, fittings and finishes

• Servicing household equipment, appliances and systems

• Exterior cleaning, windows, gutters, paving and pressure cleaning

• Replenishing, replacing or refreshing household items where required

• Coordinating specialist contractors and service providers

• Completing outstanding works and bringing the residence and grounds back to the agreed standard

How it works

The Review and Reset are naturally included in a RMCo House Management Engagement. A Review is the first step for all new engagements, and the Reset is only undertaken if required… both establishing the foundation for a RMCo ongoing engagement. (Both can be engaged as one-off projects.)
