The Engagement
RMCo is engaged through a structured House Management agreement, tailored to your home, household team and the level of oversight required. Engagements are typically established for 12 months.
Additional residences may also be managed, with each home separately scoped and agreed.
RMCo works with your existing household staff… or sources and manages new people when required, supported by a trusted network of trades and service providers.
Your home is managed every day, with RMCo on site as required and maintaining regular oversight between visits.
Owners have direct access to RMCo whenever something needs attention and remain as involved as they wish.
