RMCo Engagement
RMCo operates through a structured management engagement… tailored to the home, the people within it, and the level of involvement required.
Engagements are typically structured across a 12-month term… with shorter arrangements available where appropriate. Multiple homes can also be managed under separate engagements where required.
Within the engagement, RMCo oversees the day-to-day running of the home… coordinating staff, contractors, maintenance, services and general operations so everything is planned, actioned and followed through properly.
Management may be delivered using your existing household team… with RMCo providing structure, oversight and accountability… or by RMCo providing additional team members, or the full team where required.
RMCo is not necessarily on-site every day… though RMCo actively manages the team and residence every day through disciplined communication, structured oversight, regular check points and on-site presence when required… ensuring internal presentation, gardens, maintenance and overall standards are consistently upheld.
Owners remain as involved as they wish… while RMCo ensures the home continues to operate smoothly, consistently and to the expected standard.
